Aqua fit and hydro running by a qualified instructor
Aqua fit is a total body workout in warm water. These exercises are for everyone, male, female, old or young, people with disabilities or injuries. It tones your body, promotes balance, strength and flexibility, reduces stress and blood pressure and improves circulation.
